WANNEKA LUXURY HAIR – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To ensure a seamless and long-lasting business relationship, Wanneka Luxury Hair maintains the following Terms and Conditions. These policies are designed to uphold our commitment to quality, transparency, and customer satisfaction.
1. ADDED CHARGES
Our Kosa Units do not come with glueless customization by default.
- Glueless customization: Attracts an additional fee of USD 180 or the Naira equivalent.
- Coloring/Tinting: Changing the unit to a color different from the default attracts an additional USD 200 or the Naira equivalent.
- Hairline Customization: Attracts an additional USD 280 or the Naira equivalent.
2. CUSTOM DUTY CHARGES
For international deliveries, customs duties may apply depending on the destination country.
If you wish for a lower product value to be declared for customs purposes, please inform us before shipment.
Note:
- In the event of loss or damage during transit, the refund amount will correspond to the declared value of the item, not the actual cost.
- Wanneka Luxury Hair has no control over customs charges or import duties imposed by any country.
3. EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours before the end of a sale or within 7 days after delivery.
Full delivery charges apply for any exchange made after the item has been delivered, except where the exchange is due to:
- Wrong item delivered.
- Wrong wig size.
- Confirmed production error.
- Paid but unrendered services (e.g., glueless customization, coloring, etc.).
4. REFUND POLICY
- All our units are custom-made and produced based on customer orders.
- Therefore, cash refunds are not available under any circumstances.
- However, the value of your payment can be converted to a gift card, redeemable for future purchases on our online store.
5. DELIVERY TIMELINE
- Production: 3 – 7 working days (commences immediately after order confirmation.
- Packaging & Shipping: 3 – 7 working days
Additional Services:
Requests for extra services such as glueless customization, coloring, or special styling may extend the delivery timeline by an additional 20–25 days.
Note:
Delays beyond the stated timelines do not qualify for refunds, as several external factors may cause production or delivery delays, including:
- Product not passing final quality control and requiring reproduction.
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
- Inability to confirm payment on time for orders outside our online store.
- Logistics or courier-related challenges.
In the event of any delay, our Customer Service Team will reach out via your registered email to provide updates.
