WANNEKA LUXURY HAIR — REFUND POLICY

At Wanneka Luxury Hair, we pride ourselves on delivering luxury, custom-crafted hair products of the highest quality. Due to the specialized nature of our products and the level of customization involved in every order, our refund policy is extremely strict. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept all terms outlined in this policy.


1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

Custom-Made & Final-Sale Products

All Wanneka Luxury Hair products are custom-made, designed specifically to meet each customer's individual specifications. Therefore:

  • We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances once an order has been processed.

  • Orders are considered final immediately upon payment because production begins right away to ensure accurate customization.

  • Payments for custom orders can only be converted to store credit and only if approved by our team.

This policy ensures product hygiene, quality preservation, and fairness to all customers.


2. NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS

Wanneka Luxury Hair does not provide cash refunds for any reason. All payments made are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Delays caused by shipping couriers, customs, or international logistics

  • Issues related to payment processing

  • Customer-provided errors in specifications

  • Any reason outside Wanneka Luxury Hair’s direct control

Every unit is made specifically for the paying customer; therefore, refunds cannot be granted.


3. STORE CREDIT CONVERSION

If a refund request is approved after investigation, payments may be converted to store credit only.

Store Credit Terms

  • Store credit is non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • It must be used within 12 months of issuance.

  • If unused within 12 months, it is automatically forfeited without renewal.

  • Store credit cannot be converted to cash or used for third-party fees (shipping, duties, taxes).


4. REFUND ELIGIBILITY & CONDITIONS

A refund in the form of store credit only may be granted only under exceptional circumstances, including:

A. Product Quality Control Failure

If a product fails internal QC and requires remanufacturing, store credit may be issued at our sole discretion.

B. Confirmed Production Error

If Wanneka Luxury Hair verifies a significant manufacturing deviation (incorrect size, customization, density, or color), store credit may be provided.

Verification requires:

  • Submission of photos/videos

  • Possible product return for physical inspection

  • A formal review by our quality assurance team

Review Period for Verification: Up to 7 Working Weeks

All refund-related investigations, decisions, and store-credit issuance are processed within:

⏳ Up to 7 WORKING WEEKS

This period excludes weekends, U.S. federal holidays, and any vendor delays outside our control.

No interim updates are guaranteed. Customers will be notified once a final decision is made.


5. EXCLUDED REFUND SCENARIOS

Refunds or store credit WILL NOT be granted for:

  • Incorrect wig size, cap size, lace type, color, or customization information provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by customs, courier hold-ups, or international shipping agencies

  • Lost, damaged, or mishandled packages caused by third-party logistics partners

  • Customer dissatisfaction based on preference or minor variations in color/texture from online images

  • Any installation, styling, dyeing, washing, or altering of the product

Once lace is cut, hair is installed, or the product is altered, the item becomes ineligible for any refund or exchange.


6. REFUNDS RELATED TO EXCHANGES

Exchange Requests

Customers may submit an exchange request:

  • Within 48 hours of order confirmation, OR

  • Within 10 days of delivery

Exchanges are approved only for:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Wrong size delivered

  • Verified production error

If an exchange is approved but the originally ordered item cannot be reproduced:

  • Wanneka Luxury Hair may, at its discretion, issue store credit instead of a replacement.

Non-Refundable Customization Fees

Customization fees (glueless customization, coloring, hairline work, styling, etc.) are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Not eligible for store credit

  • Not covered under exchange-related refunds


7. CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE APPROVAL

To qualify for an exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused

  • Unaltered

  • Unwashed

  • With lace intact (uncut)

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags attached

If returned items fail inspection, exchange will be denied, and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.


8. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

Wanneka Luxury Hair is not liable for:

  • Delays after dispatch

  • Lost packages

  • Damaged packages

  • Customs delays or fees

Any such claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance or requesting declared value coverage before shipping.

Refunds are not granted under any shipment-related circumstances.


9. PAYMENT DISCREPANCIES & ORDER CONFIRMATION

  • Wanneka Luxury Hair does not confirm individual payments manually.

  • Customers must ensure payment is sent to the correct authorized account.

  • Payments sent to unauthorized persons or channels are not our responsibility.

If we contact a customer regarding a payment discrepancy and they fail to respond within 5 business days, the order may be canceled without refund.


10. CANCELLATIONS DUE TO PRODUCTION DELAYS

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

If production or delivery extends beyond our expected 7–20 business day timeframe:

  • Customers may request an update,

  • BUT delays do not qualify for refunds or store credit.

  • Cancellations due to delays outside our control are not eligible for refunds.


11. CUSTOMIZATION SERVICES (GLUELESS & SPECIAL SERVICES)

Customization services—including:

  • Glueless customization

  • Hairline adjustment

  • Special styling

  • Custom coloring

…are non-refundable under all circumstances.

If a customization service cannot be completed due to internal limitations, a partial store credit equal to the service fee may be issued.


12. REFUND PROCESS TIMELINE (7-WORKING-WEEK REVIEW)

Review Period for Any Refund or Credit Request

All refund and store-credit requests undergo a thorough verification process that takes:

This includes:

  • Quality review

  • Production audit

  • Payment verification

  • Fraud checks

  • Vendor confirmation

The customer will receive a final email decision once the review is complete.

No appeals are accepted after a final decision is issued.


13. ISSUANCE & VALIDITY OF STORE CREDITS

If approved, store credits will be:

  • Sent via email

  • Valid for 12 months only

  • Used for one-time redemption

  • Non-transferable and non-refundable

  • Not applicable to shipping, duties, or logistics fees

Unused credits automatically expire without notice.


14. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Wanneka Luxury Hair reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time, with or without notice. Policy updates become effective immediately upon posting to our website.
